One decade ago I put in huge doubt this sentence coming from the Yoga rules… But I kept on practicing… good days, bad days…

Sometimes I looked at my mat without practicing, giving up, sometimes i was disciplined AF like now, sometimes with full bliss, sometimes with loss of faith…. Yet one day everything came indeed 🧿
